Arlene has been absolutely incredible to my husband and I through this journey. We had selected a tile that we were extremely happy with and due to some unforeseen circumstance, and no fault on Arlene we were unable to receive the tile. Arlene was in constant contact with me, informing me of the situation and offered other solutions to accommodate me. Her warm smile and friendly nature makes you feel like family, so much so that you would want to support her and her business. Arlene, thank you for putting your customers need first and for ensuring that there is all round satisfaction and happiness. i was very dissapointed with the service i received during the fasting period. the lady a big size,she looks white was very rude to another guy who works there.he was trying to tell us that they are closing early,then she very rudely spoke to him, shame the poor guy a very skinny indian elderly guy , i think he felt very small. that lady needs to be more tolerant, and friendly.such a bully!!!!!
