Training and management have been growing at a rapid pace since 1994 through education, development and training initiatives, thus there has been an increase in skills and knowledge levels amongst candidates. However, there are still people who lack knowledge, skills and the required caliber to succeed in today's competitive market. After a thorough analysis of the South African economic market, it became clear to us that there is a necessity for high quality Education, Training and Development Practice. This conclusion set the foundation for the establishment of MTEM CC.

MTEM CC intends to be recognized as a leader in the market in terms of providing outcome-based learning and training of the highest standard. We believe education is not a destination, rather, part of an ongoing process of continuous improvement of knowledge and skills which enables self-empowerment. MTEM CC completely supports the government's vision outlined by the Skills Development Act.

Our primary accreditation with Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LG SETA), seeks to emphasis our support and commitment in transforming and accelerating service delivery. This would largely be attained through adhering to requisites stipulated in the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) Act, that is, to provide education and training of the highest standard possible. By so doing we will ensure that our municipalities deliver to our people the best services imaginable. It will provide us with a deep sense of pride and gratitude for our company to be one of the key role players in providing such quality of service.
