Description
I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered with the ASCHP.
I believe in facilitating a climate for change through empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard by using an Integrated Person-Centred Approach.
Counselling is an effective way to facilitate and encourage positive growth and teach clients healthy coping mechanisms to address any concerns they might have in their day-to-day lives.
All individuals experience different reactions to different events.
