A charming Victorian home built at the turn of the century situated just below Table Mountain and Lion’s Head in the green and quiet residential area of Tamboerskloof.
The Guesthouse lies within easy walking distance of trendy and vibrant Kloof and Long Street with their many shops and restaurants, internet cafés and cinemas as well as to the city centre. We are close to the Cableway, V&A Waterfront, the Convention Centre, Atlantic beaches and with easy access to the major highways and airport.

Eight en-suite bedrooms tastefully appointed, offering comfort with LCD flat-screens (DStv) and private telephones. French-doors open onto a small patio and the romantic courtyard with citrus- and olive-trees.
Breakfast is served in the stylish dining room with its large veranda overlooking the exotic garden with leafy plants and palm leafs trailing above the sparkling blue water of the swimming pool.
Gleaming Oregon floors, genuine antiques, original artwork in the communal areas create a feeling of privacy and warm hospitality. Meet local people, admire Cape Towns art and culture, simply have a great time in the Mother City!
Fax and a guest computer allow easy connection to the loved ones at home.
We speak English, Afrikaans and German.

Die Mediterranean Villa ist eine charmante viktorianische Villa aus dem Jahre 1902,
unterhalb von Tafelberg und Löwenkopf gelegen im ältesten Stadtteil von Kapstadt, Tamboerskloof genannt. Sie liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants, Geschäften
und der Innenstadt entfernt, sowie zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, den Stränden und verkehrsgünstig zu Autobahnen und Flughafen. Ideal für Urlauber und Geschäftsreisende,
die Wert auf eine legere, heimische Atmosphäre legen, aber trotzdem alle Annehmlichkeiten erwarten.
Die Villa hat acht en-suite Zimmer (davon eine Suite), die hell und freundlich eingerichtet sind und über TV und Telefon verfügen sowie mit Wi-Fi ausgestattet sind. 6 davon haben Zugang über eine kleine Terasse und den mit mediterranen Kräutern, Oliven und Citrusbäumen bepflanzten romantischen Innenhof.
Den Gast erwartet ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im stilvollen Früchstücksraum der Villa
oder der angrenzenden Veranda mit Blick auf den exotischen Garten und Swimming Pool.
Ein Gästecomputer mit ASDL Linie steht zur Verfügung.
Die Villa ist nicht nur ein Gästehaus, sondern auch ein kleines Gemeindezentrum. So haben Gäste die Möglichkeit, Einheimische kennen zu lernen, Kunst und Kultur zu erleben (lokale Künstler stellen in der Villa aus) oder einfach nur Kapstadt, die "Mutter-Stadt" Südafrikas zu geniessen.
