I went to McDonald's Port Elizabeth Beach Road on 29-12-2014 at approximitly 06h00 to get 2 burgers. First I had a problem to explain what 2 hamburgers are. There were 2 cars in front of me. The first car handed their receipt at the collection window for McDonald's to fix their order. That took 15 minutes and then the 2nd car also handed their receipt for them to fix their order and it took again 15 minutes. when I got to the collection window my burgers were cold and I told the lady to keep their burgers and drove off. I had to take care to drive safely after my McDonald's experience. Does McDonald's know that their poor service at the drive -thru causes angry drivers and can contribute to road accidents. McDonald's must get their act together and not upset people in their drive-thru's because that is the people that uses the road and McDonald's may contribute to an accident. IF SOMEBODY HAS BEEN IN A ACCIDENT OR KNOW OF SOMEBODY BECAUSE OF MCDONALD'S POOR SERVICE PLEASE REPLY HERE TO SEE IF THIS IS A VALID POINT OR LEAVE YOUR COMMENT HERE. BE HONEST!
