Mayfair Clinic, Johannesburg

Worse experience ever, I was there last week Wednesday 12th April 2022 for 6weeks immunization and I was turned away by a very arrogant male nurse, he told me that I must come back on the 17th April 2023... I went back on the 17th April 2023 waited outside the gate with other Mothers, I was number 20 or 22 on the queue, he came to attend to us around 10am but he just took the babies books and to inform us that we we will leave after 3pm. He personally attacked me in the queue telling me that my clinic is Jeppe, I am abusing him and government is not paying him enough. I was so shocked because I am staying in Marshalltown and when I checked on Google map it showed me that my nearest clinic is Mayfair ( am originallyfrom Pta just recently moved to Jhb). The guy made us wait outside with the babies from 7am till 3pm worse part we were told not to lean with the wall or sit down. That clinic treats people like rubbish, as a tax payer who never utilize government resources I felt so insulted as it was my first visit there and I won't step there anymore anyway because finally my baby is registered on the medical aid. He smells cigarette and he is very rude and arrogant, he must take his internal issues to his matron not to us,he is very heartless, imagine standing outside in the sun for 8 hours with a 6 weeks baby and worse part they don't allow prams inside the clinic, you must leave it outside. The only person who showed concern and interest to assist is the other guy who is fair in complexion,bit chubby ( I didn't take his name)and very quiet someone but unfortunately he couldn't do much but he tried to register us and he was calm and talking to us like a real human being. The other thing that I had noted with that clinic there are VIP patients,they just walked in and get an assistant with immediate effect. My worst experience with Mayfair clinic and I was left traumatized, worse part the clinic manager manages the cars that are parked outside not her staff and she doesn't even care about the people who've been waiting outside for 8 hours with crying babies. They don't even deserve the star not at all...heartless people
