Do not use these people. Very unprofessional. Cannot hold appointments. Wants you to schedule your day according to their business after they were the ones that canceled the appointment.

Do not use Mastertech plumbing, they will come into your apartment with their equipment do a quick 2 minute infrared photo and then pretend they know where a leak is coming from. Our apartment was vacant at the time that they came in we were told to seal a bath which we did, the tenant moved in a few weeks later and the leak started again. Mastertech refused to come back and see where the leak was coming from saying it was a new leak even though the technician told me that their was a guarantee on their work. They are crooks, thieves and have no clue about plumbing because it was not the bath sealing that caused the leak.
