I knew very little about healthy eating up to 2 months ago. I was struggling to eat because of a painful stomach ulcer and also had difficulty to swallow food. After consulting this dedicated dietician, I gained confidence in my ability to nourish myself properly.My stomach ulcer has healed almost completely and I picked up 2kg in 2 months,so my doctor is very relieved that I am out of the danger zone.

I was in constant pain for years due to gout and since I went to see Mariletje, can report a marked improvement in pain levels & frequency of gout attacks.All my friends are amazed at how much weight I've lost and how full of energy I am and I can see for myself how the gout tofi(ugly lumps of gout under my skin) have shrunk in size. This lady really changed my life!
