Marburg Sweets, Port Shepstone

I recently bought three boxes of sippy sherbet s. The packs in the green couloured box had funny rocks like black things in it. I took a picture of if. Why are those inside the sippy sherbet? They are are piercy on the tough and uncomfortable to swallow

Lucky Charm Sherbet My mother purchased 7 boxes in the past year. The majority of the packets had charms in it, but she found that in each box 5-6 packets did not have any charms in it. The kids that ended up with those no charm packets, were needless to say very unhappy. She has to then give them another packet to make up for the missing charm. Also, the hard charms aren't safe due to its sharp edges ,the softer charms are much safer for the kids. She called your headoffice before and the person she spoke to said he'll look into it, but so far no contact has been made. My mom enjoys a packet of sherbet now and then, but due to all the disappointments she might not purchase it in future.

U GUYS HAD A STAFF MEMBER WORKING FOR MARBURG SWEETS FOR 35 YEARS AND JUST LET HIM GO WITH OUT ANY MERCY,NOW TELL ME HOW WILL U GUYS REPLACE SOME ONE WITH THE SAME DEDICATION HE GAVE THAT COMPANY

I bought two Happy Packets on Saturday 6/4/2013 in Uitenhage for my 2 sons. The one packet had 3 toys in with sweets and the other packet had no toy only sweets.I don't think this is right and needs to be rectified. [email protected]

Dear Sir, I recently bought two boxes of Lucky Charm Sherbet from a supplier in Queenstown. I run a tuck-shop at the Indwe High School where I am an educator. Much to the dissappointment of the learners, the first box had 5 pkts which had no charms in them. The second box 4. Unfortunately I did not keep the barcode from the first box, as I thought it was just a small oversight on the side of the factory, but when it happened with the second I kept the box and the barcode is 6009602484748.
