Jacques has also not returned to complete the pool work promised to me in November 2014. He needs to return the R15,000 outstanding on the deposit. Court proceedings started yesterday in Kempton Park. Jacques did not appear in court. The court was not pleased. Perhaps others would like to band together in the court case?

I will remove reports when monies are paid back. drainage was R570. remove delaminated fibreglass was R570. slash pool and repair marbleite was R570. this is all you did. Please return this money owed to me immediately and we'll be done with each other. SUMMARY: Jacque has completed R1'710 worth of work for 3 tasks against his quote. He received R10'000 from me as a deposit. He is now threatening to charge the full deposit amount for the 3 tasks that were originally quoted at R1'710, because I have put reports on Hello Peter.

8 weeks ago Marble A Pool (Jacques provided a quote). I paid the R10'000 deposit in good faith. At this point (8 weeks later), the marbalite has still not been completed, and Jacques is not returning any calls from myself or my tenant - this despite numerous promises to to finalise the job but no delivery. Jacques - Please do reply to one of them many emails, text messages or phone calls both myself and my tenant have made.
