Description
Since inception, Manong and Associates has successfully trained young Black graduate Civil Engineers and Technicians in the design of building and civil engineering structures. Coupled with this, the company has encouraged these young graduates to further their studies. As a result of this policy, some Technikon graduates have completed B.Tech degrees, and some university graduates are presently studying for their M.Sc degrees in Civil Engineering.
Company description
In Port Elizabeth our firm has been instrumental in restoring the collapsed road infrastructure of Kwazakhele which was neglected for a period of more than forty years. The communities of Libode, Qumbu, Ntabankulu, Tsolo, Engcobo and Bizana in the Eastern Cape have all voiced satisfaction with the manner in which our firm has involved them in the implementation of the various infrastructure projects. In Gauteng our involvement in the Bhengu Road project in Sebokeng and Etwatwa Water Project in Daveyton has proved to be a source of inspiration to the communities.
