Maison de Ky hosts a limited number of curated, one-day events in a residential garden setting.
Suitable for milestone celebrations, boutique weddings, professional gatherings, workshops, launches, and creative productions by aligned organisers.
Events are considered by enquiry only and are designed to remain contained, respectful, and low-impact.

ACCOMODATION
Select accommodation is available for visiting professionals, families, and small groups seeking a quiet, non-hotel stay.
Overnight bookings are managed separately via Airbnb and are subject to minimum stay requirements and house rules.

RETREATS
Maison de Ky offers hosted retreats focused on personal development, wellbeing, and conscious leadership.
Retreats are run by arrangement and may be hosted on site or at external venues.

Accomdation Details:
A private, retreat-style home offering quiet, spacious accommodation for mature, respectful travellers seeking calm & comfort. Not a hotel or party house. Lived in home. Established gardens. Clear house rules to protect neighbours. Owner resides in a separate building on the property. Ideal for corporate travellers, families, small groups & visiting professionals. Accommodation only.
Events, filming, photography or commercial use require direct approval & are not part of accommodation booking.

This is a private home operated as a guesthouse. It is not a hotel or resort.
Staff are present for check-in and check-out only, unless otherwise arranged.

Electricity
A compulsory electricity contribution of R400 per night applies and is payable directly to the Owner. This covers reasonable household use. There is no backup power or generator (municipal supply only).
Gas heaters are available on request. Usage is charged separately.

Quiet Residential Environment
The property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties, events or party-focused groups.

Owner & Dogs on Site
The owner resides in a separate, fully private building on the property. Dogs Huskies on site.

Self-Catering
This is a self-catering property. No meals are included. Catering may be arranged via preferred local suppliers. Minimum spend applies. Details available on request.

Events, Filming & Photography
Not included in Airbnb accommodation. Prior written approval and separate rates apply. Unapproved use may result in cancellation.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 4:00 PM
Check-out 9:00 AM sharp
Late departures are not possible.

What to Bring
We provide bedding, bath towels on arrival, starter toilet paper and a washing machine.
Guests should bring toiletries, pool towels, cleaning supplies, detergents, cooking ingredients and firewood/charcoal.
