car repairs

1.one thing that is positive and good is the communication received from Mr P. 2. what is still uncertain is the waiting time on receipt of motor vehicle after repairs. 3.the comforting issue is that company wants to do a good job on our car 4.the question is when will the car be ready. 5.not able to give a fair rating because our car is still in the custody of the company since December 2012.
