cheapskate with no ethics!!

this optom is a cheapskate and has no business scruples.i would advise people not to deal with this cheap man and DONT supply him goods as he returns after 3 months and expects to only pay after 4 months,plus he returns goods in a broken state!! avoid this a******!!!
