called to get hold of a client and the person that picked up the phone had a very bad attitude and told me what floor the man is on as if I know WHAT FLOOR HE IS SPEAKING ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TALK ABOUT BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
