The service by the time i was admitted was very good but when it came to claiming from my medical aid the hospital used wrong codes which myself and the scheme humbly requested the remedy but to no assistance the bill ha been outstanding and i have been receiving legal notices left right and centre. What can be so difficult i mean they used wrong codes why not amend for the medical scheme to pay. This experience made me hate the hospital so bad.

Good day I used your Emergency (casualty) in September 2012. I was informed that my medical aid was at limit and I settled the bill at LCM accounts for R750.00 I now find out that this is merely a FACILITY biil and I still oew the casualty, 'I am a Nursing Sister who worked at this hospital, and work for lancet now and I market at LCM. I am astounded at this bill fee a facility fee and feel it is astronomical: I SAT on a bed for 30 mins and even walked to Xray with a drip ALONE as you had no porters availaible. I often market Drs in your surrounding areas and always recommend LCM, and even the Casualty. However I now must question this: how to you condone 2 bills for one visit and R750 for me to "use" your facility Unfortunately I have settled this accounts and was at the time assured my "WHOLE" bill, was settled.
