Dr. Liezel Korf has 22 years of research and assessment experience, and the consultancy has been in operation for 11 years. Apart from the pool of competence we have accumulated over the years, we believe our competitive advantage is based on three aspects in particular:

We are not a test distributor, and, as such, have no obligation to use specific instruments which are part of our test catalogue. We can choose instruments from a variety of test distributors and can thus provide assessment batteries which suit out client needs best.
Although our business model is one of sole proprietorship, we have a large network of assessors and report writers. Although this model is possibly smaller than that of many other service Providers in the field, we have a more personal commitment to our clients and relate to them personally and individually. We believe in this way we are better able to address their needs.
The third aspect is that, given the research focus of our practice, we keep a data base of all assessment results. This database is customized according to client needs. Once candidates have been appointed and evaluated, performance appraisal measures may be added to the database and predictive validity studies as well as general descriptive analyses may be conducted. This service is provided to all clients at no additional cost.
