Claudine, 15 years ago
To whom it concerns,
On two occasions my husband and I have visited the Durban, Mayville showroom and we had spent approxiamtely 20minute waiting for personal assitance. None of the sales or floor personnel can to assist or query if we required any help. It appeared as through we were being ignored.
