What is a LED?
A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor light source. Appearing as practical electronic components in 1962, early LEDs emitted low-intensity red light, but modern versions are available across the visible, ultraviolet, and infrared wavelengths, with very high brightness.
LED products stand for durability and long life. The life expectancy for a non-flashing LED is much longer than incandescent or fluorescent lamps, with 50 000 hours compared to 1 000 hours and 1 200 hours for incandescent and fluorescent lamps respectively.
LED means maintenance-free operation.
LED also means electricity cost saving, improved physical robustness, smaller size, and faster switching.
LED’s emit a high brightness but run on a very low wattage.

Our guarantee against defective workmanship and components of our range of LED lights is for a period of two years from the date of delivery.

This guarantee does not apply where failure is caused by the user and/or installer of the light due to incorrect handling, installation or other external forces, as well as electrical surges and lightening strikes, both indirect and direct lightening strikes.
