Leatherboyz CC is an automotive leather interior fitment company. We fit leather seats to any vehicle make or model. All seats are custom made according to the customers requirements and needs. All airbag seams are sewn with an airbag sewing machine with barcode traceability. Turnaround time 2 days.
We also do the recovering of motorbike or boat seats. Leatherboyz is an automotive leather interior company situated in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa.
All vehicle interiors are custom made to the customers needs. We also do embroidery of any logo at an additional cost.
Our staff are highly trained and has been in the Automotive Leather Industry for years.

Company description

Their experience in this trade is phenomenal.
Only the best quality leather imported from Italy is used for colour consistency, softness and quality.
Other materials, such as foam backing, thread, listing tapes and zips are fire retardant and meet most motor industry standards.
The airbag seam for any vehicle with a front seat airbag is sewn with a special-purpose Durrkop Adler AD sewing machine. This machine is only used for airbag seams. The thread is specially manufactured for airbag seams. The machine monitors the stitch lenght and tension of every stitch. This machine was set up for the seam to break if the airbag deploys. A permanent record is kept of every seam sewn. The machine then issues a barcode (which is sewn into the seam) when all specified conditions have been met.
