Yea was defo one of the best roast chickens I ever had. Would also love to get hold of the recipe or something really close to it if anyone has any ideas.

Every Sunday morning -- in the early, through mid to later 1980s before we left, my father would pick up one of your delicious roasted chickens with crsip rolls and, or baguette and arrive with this at our door. We proceeded to pour wine, tell storeis, laugh ..
Great memories. Is all the same - or close enough to how it was in the 1980s?

My folks were telling me about this restaurant and that they are still trying to replicate the recipe of the best chicken they have ever eaten - 35 years later.
