Because my words are a reflection on me, I cannot recommend clients to Lazercor Developments.
Not transparent, very poor communication with clients, delay tactics.
Clients cancelled building agreements with them at Mzuri Estate due to the fact that the estimated occupation timeline was not reach and not proper building quantities, building plans was not even finalise after 7 months with architects. Xencon Construction took over the clients from Lazercor Developments and also struggling with them.
Working for 12 months non stop from Monday's to Sundays to get Mzuri Estate going, needed to let CCMA intervene to get my hardworking remuneration from them.
Wonder how can people be in business and living as of nothing is wrong - seems no conscious.
