To whom it my concern I am the father of Joshua and Michaela Le Roux my son is in grade 7d20 and my daughter SPOd14 This is in connection with the harassment case that Ina Maria Catharina Van Den Heefer made against me This is the incident where my son was attacked in school grounds by 7 of the children at the school and my daughter was victimize and accused of things that she was found not guilty of At that morning my children phoned me and was in a state my son and daughter So I went to the school and demanded that I want to take my kids out of the school due to this because this was not the first time, at that day I was not in the mood to talk to any one and only demanded that I want my kids and want to leave .Ina wanted to talk to me but I told her that I am not interested in what she had to say and frankly until now I strongly feel the same ,Your camera will show that I was upset and that a different teacher was holding Ina back because she wanted to assault me I was phoned the next day by the principle and the problem was sorted out in her office and the kids went back to school, now I get this and I Request that the school do a formal disciplinary inquiry on this matter using a outside contractor to chair the hearing for this teacher .It looks like this is going to be a long process but If She can continue this so can I ,I am also going to lay a complaint for harassment and abuse on my children s behalf and is logging a complaint at the department of education and will post it on all the necessary websites so that every one can see what is going on Then for the school, to give out my private details is unlawful and unprofessional and this will also go further, If the school can do this then I request that you make the necessary details available to me Id, address, phone number (personal) After this incident and the fact that Ina is no longer talking to my children and only treating them, They are more happier and is doing better at school that says a lot I really do not mind the harassment complaint this is way my children do not take up any school activities at all and I do not wish to see Ina or talk to her at all, I have better things to do then to deal with someone that do not know what she is doing and is only there to earn a salary Please respond to my requests and I will deal with it because it look like the school can not.
