I also bought hair from this lady on the 29th of Dec 2024,she's ignoring my texts via WhatsApp and not answering my calls, I have a function on the 1st of Feb, I'm soo hurt and disappointed by her services, if she communicated it would be better, yho

I am so heartbroken. Bought hair from this lady on the 15th November for my work function. No communication AT ALL. No response via whatsApp, I have sent several emails I am just being ignored. Now it is Christmas I really NEED the hair. It was better if they tell me what the problem is unlike ignoring me like that. This is what we call supporting black business. Their service is sooooo bad and poor. This is not how you treat customers. NEVER AGAIN I wonder why payflex is working with them.
