Lady Ann & Bros Construction was established with the sole purpose of penetrating construction contracting industry. Lady Ann & Bros focuses on effective collaboration and win-win solutions. Lady Ann& Bros Construction was registered in the year 2006. The primary focus was ground up commercial construction and multi-family renovations. Since that time the company has matured and evolved into a commercial construction company that extends its work on government and residential property build out and several ground up projects a year.

Interior construction, including metal and wood framing, drywall, finish work, painting, flooring, acoustic ceiling and grid are done in house, with our own employees. This gives Lady Ann & Bros Construction an edge over the competition since we have control that just can’t be obtained through subcontracting to other companies. But we don’t cut ourselves short where there’s a need for outsourcing we happily do that.

Together, with a very qualified group of subcontractors, Lady Ann & Bros Construction has performed construction projects for Government, Phekolong Hospital, Private Properties owners and some commercial properties renovations.
