Aussie, 2 years ago
I can not give a rating. Ordered shoes in Jan. Live in Australia but was told that shoes can be sent to my parents and then they will mail to me. I also went to visit so was in South Africa for 16 days. Many promises and many apologies. No shoes. I was then told I could get a refund. Was going to be paid into my account last Mon. No refund. And now also no one answering my messages. So disappointed with the customer service of this company
