La Casa Grigio is a fully equipped self catering holiday house nestled in a quiet residential area in the Strand, about 3 minutes' drive from to the beach. Like the sea but not the crowds - then this cosy house that can accommodate 6 people is perfect for you!
Built in 1956, this sturdy house with it's original wooden floors will comfortably house your family on your weekend away, getaway break and summer holiday. From here you can engage in wine tasting, strawberry picking, swimming, putt-putt, shopping, eating out, everything to your heart's content. Best of all, Cape Town International Airport is only 25 minutes away.
The house is fully equipped with linen, towels and warm cosy blankets for that sometimes cold winter nights. The spacious lounge provides enjoyable viewing with a television hosting the SABC channels and DSTV is available just bring your own decoder if you don't want to miss the sport. But who needs television when you are embarking on your long-awaited sea adventure?
The kitchen where you can indulge in all Western Cape's delicacies, is equipped with microwave, 2 plate stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the kitchenware and cutlery you may need.
Even your vehicle will feel safe with the lock up garage, palisade fencing and security gates, because we care about you and your belongings. A medium sized garden with luscious green lawn borders the house with sufficient space for the kids to play and the adults to have a braai on the supplied portable braai.
