Company description
The founder, Kgothatso Makokoe, started the Civil and Building Construction Company, KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS (previously known as Jiva Flora) in 2010. The idea came a few years later after not being able to complete his B.Eng (Civil) Degree with the University of Pretoria and dropping out of school due to money issues. The Founder had to come up with a plan and that is when the idea of starting KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS came. The plan was to start the business and then later go back to complete the degree that will greatly advance the business. Today – KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS is both the name and the idea behind the company. Service delivery is a key element in our company. With this in mind, KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS has put in place structures that will ensure that we don't over-promise but over-deliver. These structures include, listening & responding to your needs, acknowledging your needs, commitment to improvement and valuing your business.
True to its motto – striving to under-promise & Over-deliver – KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS has emphasised the importance of high quality throughout its history, ensuring that customers return to KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS again and again.
