Description
KLM Plant Hire & Sales was a long time dream come true. I worked in our family plant
hire business, NEED-A-TOOL, for 10 years, it was therefore inevitable that I would move
in the direction of plant hire. In 1997 as a member of the Contractors Plant Hire
Convention, this in turn gave me the opportunity to visit many centres through out
Australia, visiting as many as 19 hire operations from Perth to Brisbane. I brought back
many ideas from that trip which helped me with my future plans for KLM Plant Hire. In
1998 I made my move to Richards Bay, established my company. From the beginning
service was to be the hallmark of KLM Plant Hire.
