KFC Dawn Park, Boksburg

Hi I am not happy about the service that I got today at your store.I went there it was packed,i bought 2 Oreo krushers then got them after 7-10 mins.They then gave me my order while I received the order I went out when I got to the car it was so watery.I went back to the store I got there & I was assisted after 10 mins.I told them this is not a krusher you can’t make krusher with the slush that is watery clearly the machine was on Auto wash. I waited again to be assisted and still nobody helped me even the girl that help me ungbeke ngathi akangazi.Then keketso or koketso decided to help me but still the girls from your store took time until another guy approached us he fixed it even though he poured the watery slush.I am not happy because I work at kfc too and that’s not how I treat customers.Poor customer service leads to customers leaving. If they don’t know the procedure is done ,They need to go back to Learning Zone.
