I have been trying since last week to make contact at the this day hospital, the phone rings non stop, is there anyonce to answer, all I need is to find out how I go about making an appointment to see the Dr... something should really be done about that hospital.. the staff have taken a oath to uphold and help people and treat them shit...

send your staff for training to be more fast, effiecient, helpfull and considerate. Its does not mean this is a gov hosp, the patients must get treated like s*** and must wait until when the staff feel like attending to them. Your lady Mentoor needs some training

Good Day,i missed my chronic meds date and i had another appnmnt with a different dept at the clinic,so i went to see the sister in charge to tell her that i missed my chronic meds appntmnt,if she can assist me while i"m at the clinic to get my meds or organise a new appnmnt,she advised me to come back the next day,and i think that was totally unnecessary,i am there i told her ...but they treat the people like they own the hospital and like they doing the public a huge" favour "by treating them like a bunch of idiots and talking down to them like they so ignorant,,,they treat all the people like that......please remind them that they are paid to do the job they are actually public servants paid by my tax money....and i refuse to be treated like an idiot....and please remind them if it wasn't for us the patients they would not have a "job"........i would like some feedback and the way forward for me to collect my chronic meds or get another appnmtmnt asap.
