Kabega Park Pharmacy, Gqeberha

I am beyond shocked at the 'service' you claim to give at Kabega Park Pharmacy! My mother of 74 lives about a 20 minute walk at Katberg Complex from your pharmacy. She doesn't have transport and has to walk everywhere. The staff all know her by now as she has been living in Kabega Park for the past 20 or so years. This afternoon she was at home and cut her thumb quite deep. It was bleeding a lot. She didn't even have a plaster or anything so she took a cloth, wrapped it around her bleeding thumb and did a 20 minute walk all the way to your Pharmacy. Upon arriving the nurse looked at it and said it is cut quite deep and they need to seal it, take a seat. She waited and waited then she realized she left in such a hurry she didn't take her money with. So she said she doesn't have money with her. Your staff are all pathetic and it saddens me to see how someone cannot even just help a person! No one cared to even clean it for her and might I add my mom is partially blind with only 5% vision!! She proceeded to the counter and bought plasters from change she had in her pockets and left just like that! Your staff and everyone that works there are all useless! How can you turn away a elderly, loving half blind lady after being a customer for the past 20 years and not help her!? They could've said to her it is ok she can bring them the R300 later. What do you possibly think she is going to do? Not pay you? Run away? You have all her details. She is the most honest and kindest and might I add HELPFUL person on the face of this earth!I am shocked and this matter is not resolved until I receive a apology and my mom of course! I live in Johannesburg. Never mind that, then I called the Pharmacy as soon as my mom told me what happened and they told me the manager left at 1pm! How in the world is it a manager leaves at 1pm???? Shocking service! I want the contact details for the owner asap. This is unacceptable and needs to be reported! Shame on you!
