Die verpleegpersoneel is vriendelik en lewer goeie diens. Dit kan ongelukkig nie van die rekeninge afdeling gesê word nie. My vrou was in Septemner 2016 daar vir 'n operasie. Volgens ons vorige ervarings het ons mediese Fonds hul rekenings elke keer ten volle betaal. In Februarie onvang ek 'n finale aanmaning van hulle omdat die mediese Fonds hul nie ten volle betaal het nie en word ek gedreig dat hul verdere stappe teen my sal neem as ek nie die uitstaande bedrag van R158,00 betaal nie. Dit is die eerste kennisgewing wat ek ontvang het dat die mediese Fonds hulle nie ten volle betaal het nie. Ek het die bedrag betaal en my kwitansie ontvang , maar op my vrae wat ek hul per E Mail gevra het heers daar 'n doodse stilte. UITERS SWAK
