JRA Dobsonville Depot (Region D)

I am not happy with jra Dobsonville Depot (Region D) i went there last year because there's a lady who have a problem with water flowing into her yard when it's raining because jra installed a speed hump next to her gate before storm water pipe drain, so i went there to ask them to come help her and the security guard told me that i am not allow to go in because of Covid she then said to me write your complain and your contact number on the security book at gate will give it to them and they call you, till today i am still waiting for their call or ref number nothing is happenning they are so incompetent i am thinking of calling 702, SAfm or reporting to the higher echelons maybe that's when will get help because it's raining now and the water is getting into their back rooms.
