Situated in the heart of Sandton, the studio boasts the highest standards in Pilates instruction. Joanne Enslin-DeWet, the owner, has built up the studio in the firm belief that specific Pilates training is crucial in strengthening, and maintaining health.

Our instructors are internationally trained and hold an impressive list of individual credentials. The studio is furnished with the latest Pilates equipment, which is of the highest quality, imported from Stott Pilates in Canada. The studio is the South African hosting facility for the Stott Pilates training method.
The Physiotherapy clinic, also situated on the premises, lends itself perfectly to Pilates, allowing first-hand updates and interaction with qualified medical professionals.
Joanne Enslin-de Wet is a qualified physiotherapist with degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, University of Cape Town and Boston University. Joanne spent five years working at Boston Children's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. The time spent in America inspired her to direct her skills towards osteopathy - treating the person as a whole - assessing each patient from a mechanical, functional and postural perspective.
Having participated in sport and exercise her whole life Carmen has a keen interest in the human body. She therefore decided to pursue a career in the Pilates industry. She dedicates her time to helping others achieve fit, functional bodies. Carmen has completed a Basi Comprehensive Course.
