As a Counselling Psychologist, I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy and reality therapy, depending on what is most suitable to the client, as well as the type of problem the client is experiencing.
I offer individual therapy, as well as couples and family therapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
The decision to ask for help and make that first appointment with a psychologist is often quite stressful. I understand that and hope that browsing through my website and gathering some information about me will help ready you to make that call, if needed.
