Ja Masterpaints, Centurion

Various joint ventures had been undertaken in the field of wholesale paint distribution and Low Cost Housing Projects. A very close working relationship had been established with WeatherPrufe Pty Ltd (former WeatherMaster). Recently JA MasterPaints assisted WeatherPrufe in obtaining an Agrément Certificate from the CSIR (2011/388)for a very unique two coat system, the latter being mutualy beneficial as this special coating is also used at the Doornkop(Luthereng) Low Cost Development. Johan is the co-owner of Melkbos Projects and have been involved in the supply and fit of paint of the said houses at Doornkop. Over 1200 houses of the 25 500 (upmarket) Low cost houses have been completed over the past year.
Projects are mostly in the paint environment however, small renovations are done on request. Larger building projects/renovations are done in collaboration with C&S Contractors.
Johan is a skilled Human Resources Manager with over 22 years of HR/IR experience. His qualifications comprise the following:
Masters Degree Executive Public and Development Management (Stellenbosch 1999), Hons Degree Public and Development Management (Stellenbosch 1998)
Advanced Diploma Production Management (PMI 1996). Registered as a Professional Production Manager at Dept of Labour, Certificate Labour Relations (University of Pretoria 1996), B Degree (University of North West [Potchefstroom] 1988).
