This firm of attorneys are a bunch of crooks. They keep on sending sms's and phoning me for H***** and R******. We all know this gym group went bust. As per the law debt prescribed after 3 years. They bought the book from the gym and crook consumers in signing acknowledgement of debt. My advice to all consumers is very simple - when they phone you, laugh at them and put the phone down. If they want to keep in spending money by phoning you, let them do so. It is no use explaining to them as the clerck phoning you have no intention of listening to you and will just phone you again.

Being harrassed by JM ATTORNEYS despite my Attorneys and I sending them numerous faxes stating that I do not owe anything to Health & Racquet as the contract was cancelled in 1999/2000 by Health & Racquet and the first that I heard about this matter was last year 2010 and the Prescription period has expired. Please help me to get the message across to these people and for them to leave me alone.
