Our founding member, J. J. Dempers (Oom Japie), established the company on 1 August 1948 after a partnership of 9 years operating as Timmerman Contractors.
In the 1960s the sons Johann and Philip Dempers, joined the business.
The company, J.J. Dempers (Pty) Ltd, was registered in 1967, with oom Japie Dempers incorporating his two sons as directors.
During 2005 André Dempers was appointed as director, being the third generation family member, to join the company. André is currently the CEO. J.J. Dempers (Pty) Ltd is a Construction Company based in Paarl. We are registered as Master Builders and a member of the Boland Master Builders Association (MBA)
We provide a full range of construction services with multi disciplinary capabilities and expertise.
We specialize in the building of up market residential dwellings and the construction of a diverse assortment of commercial and industrial buildings.
We cover a vast spectrum of construction related activities in the Boland and surrounding regions.
