Have repeatedly tried to get J&S Penkin to deal with a violent tik dealer in Oakholm, Homfirth Road, Sea Point who deals drugs in front of his small kids, beats his girlfriend and mother, has threatened to kill me and / or have me killed. No action from Body Corporate, Trustees or Handling Agents

Exceptionally worse service. I have rented a flat from JS Penkin for just under 3 years now. In all the years I have rented with them, they are exceptionally poor in managing the flats. Should something breakdown in the flat, they are nowhere to be found to fix it. They are happy to take your rent money and use it to expand their business, and do not budge when they have to use that rent money to fix the flat that you're actually renting. They are crooks in suits. If you want my advice, stay away from JS Penkin. They are good for nothing, but ripping off their clients.
