Customer service is terrible I also called in for a quote and a very rude women answered the call. During our conversation she was totally out of control with her approach rude is not the word she ended up putting the call down on me, quite clearly this company doesn't need business, if she worked for me I would have gotten rid of that rotten mouth along with her rude self.

This company has the worst service that i have ever come across. You call through for a quotation and have a very rude person talking to you over the pone and above all that its been 3days and i still have not recieved a quotation. I am in an industry in which customer service is key and the service in Ish-com hiring is PATHETIC! I will never request it to anyone that i know. Unfortunately i had to rate it with one star but i would prefer no stars for this company. Have a pleasant weekend:-)
