Description
IQS is currently contracting as QS’s for a couple of clients, where we are preparing tender documentation and handle all commercial issues for our clients.
Our clients include Contractors, Architects, and Developers etc. and also including own Home Builders.
Our Main functions are:
Tendering for contractors with current success rate of 80%
Drafting Bills of Quantities for tendering purposes.
Estimates and negotiating new contracts.
Preparing provisional sum packages.
Cost Reports & Reconciliation’s to report performance of contracts.
Budgets and cash flows and monthly progress reports.
Sub-Contractors and suppliers payments and orders.
Preparation and agreement of final accounts with client representatives, sub-contractors and Suppliers.
Measurement of all trades for inclusion in monthly certificates, valuations, claims and final accounts.
Client, managerial and site Meetings.
Extension of time and disruption claims including disputes.
