we had the most horrible experience with the owner of this guest house. She accepted our booking and deposit 3 weeks prior to our visit to Durban. We specifically wanted to stay in Montclair as all our family are in that vicinity. We were to arrive at midnight, she asked us to wait out on the mainroad for her as she "wanted to show us the way". Then she led us to Malvern, near Queensborough. In a guesthouse with lots of stairs while she knew we were travelling with a toddler. She said she couldn't accomodate us anymore as she recieved a large booking and didn't want to lose that business. She also penalised us for arriving late, and took R450, claiming it was for the 'day' we didn't stay over. Even the way she handled the whole thing, she wanted us to be grateful whereas, she had ruined our holiday.

Description
We are a 12 sleeper self catering establishment, situated in the south coast suburbs of Montclair.We are about 55 km to King Shaka International airport and 10 minutes drive to both Durban city centre and the famous city beaches.All our rooms are en-suites, TV's with DSTV entertainment, Air-conditioners and a coffee/tea facilities. We have a living area with a communal own TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering services.
Company description
We offer daily and long term accommodation with an option of choosing self catering or bed and breakfast.We offer venue for social entertainment ranging from small weddings, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday celebrations and bacheller parties.
