All calls will be logged through our centralised help desk in Johannesburg and routed to relevant ITS staff via our router with a multi level follow up system to ensure prompt and efficient service via our custom written software program. ITS has invested heavily in a custom written software CRM program which is a first in the cleaning industry. It accurately tracks all job cards with in-depth information i.e, turn around times and annual running costs per client per unit of equipment. This allows the customer to more effectively manage their maintenance budget and to highlight any problematic machines or sites based on the number of call outs or value of maintenance costs.
