What to except from your first meeting. Step One: Set up a meeting for a Instant Beauty consultant to meet you at your salon or desired space, this can be done via phone or email (Please allow 3 working days notice) Step Two:The client and consultant will have a consultation whereby the client gives a breakdown of the following: What type of salon will be opening (Revamping)? What furniture will be required and the quantity? Salon theme, color scheme and layout. Wood, fabric, materials and color selections. Any building alterations (Instant beauty offers minor building alterations, no structer alterations, plumbing or electrical work is carried out by Instant Beauty). Extra's required (Painting, flooring & partitions). Desired date for salon opening. Once you have had your meeting with one of our consultants and you have discussed your requirements and color selection, this information is taken back to our offices and the designing begins: Step1: Your designs are put onto paper, where sizing and practicality are taken into account. Step2: Once a concept has been created, the 3D designing begins, each item is designed individually and once all individual items are complete your salon space is created (To scale) all individual items are placed into your salon layout ensuring that the space is practical. Step3: Once your salon space has been designed it will be sent to the client via email. The 3D design gives out clients a really clear idea of what each individual item will look like once manufactured and a clear idea of what the salon space as a whole will look like once the salon set-up is completed. Step4: Client feedback is more than welcome, if there is anything on the design that you feel needs alteration this can be expressed either via email or a meeting can be arranged. Changes will be made and the updated design will be sent back to the client, this will happen until the client is completely satisfied with their salon design.
