This may manifest in the physical - with injuries or pain or dis-ease which requires healing. Sometimes its simply a knowing that you need a rebalancing - that the chakras are out of balance or that the energy body feels out of sorts.

ENERGY HEALING
During an energy healing session I feel into the energy body and energy field to find the areas of unsettled energy and stuckness. These are cleared and healed so that you leave feeling lighter and more energised to embrace life.

Crystals Surgery is the cornerstone of the session as the frequencies of the crystals - when used as tools in specific protocols are potent clearers of energy and transmitters of healing vibrations. When its needed for the client’s healing to acknowledge their limiting beliefs, past life stories or past life vows or traumatic experiences from this life time - these are voiced before being cleared.

Intuitive Readings, Past Lives, Reiki, Hypnosis, Soul Retrieval, Shamanic drum journeys are among some of the modalities that weave their way into the session to support the healing process. Each session is unique as what is needed for the client is revealed and unfolds as we work together to bring healing.

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Sometimes despite much inner work and healing oneself we do not seem to be able to shift certain patterns or that sense of stuckness. What is needed is to look beyond the self and into the family system and to one's relationships. Family Constellations reveals entanglements within the family system. From a deep need to belong to one’s family its possible to carry things which belong to another family member or ancestor. Family Constellations facilitates the movement towards releasing these entanglements allowing life to flow with more ease.
