Dear all,
I do not recommend this immigration agency, because:
1) The person who worked with me, does not even speak proper decent English. She is native speaker or German. And in her mind she thinks she speaks English.
2) This agent does not know ther different between a radiologist and a GP. Which it is basic knowledge to get the TB radiological report.
3) The agent laughed in my face, she laughed because my ID photo and passport. Besides, she made comments on my photos when this is unprofessional.
4) The agent was rude and arrogant. She thought that I was a bimboo who did not have Degrees, Honors etc and she treated me disrecpectfully. When she is not even qualified to work as a consultant.
5) The Agency lied about the cost at the beginning they said it would cost R7000 and at the end it cost R8500. The made a mistake in the quotation, however they did not want to do a detailed receipt of the final cost.
6) The Agent does not even know the different among the visas.
7) Please, stay away from IMCOSA. They lied, all they want is your money.
