PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was moving my house and they damaged many of our boxes, broke many glassware and even broke my appliances! To top it all they claimed that they have insurance when they don't! I was given a quote for 2 loads and 4 guys to help, at first they sent 6 guys but then 3 of them left half way because they had another job so there were only 3 guys helping me and only ended up doing 1 load but I still paid for 6 people to help for the day! Plus when the guys came to my new house they claimed that they couldnt come up the driveway and said I would need to pay more for a bakkie otherwise they would not do the load and I would still be charged. I had to get a relatives bakkie to help me and did the driving myself! When I confronted the owner Nathi about the appliances he sent a technician he "knows" to do temp fixes. When the technician came through the appliances still didn't work but Nathi's response was that he can't do anything more and refused to help PLUS he accused me of telling his guys NOT to bubble wrap my appliances and that I failed to mention I had an upstairs unit so it was my fault everything got damaged and that the job took long! I have moved over 10 times in my life so I'm sure I would obviously know that appliances should be wrapped and would clarify what unit I have!! I then had to get technician to check my appliances who said that they all need to be replaced. All of these things are what I must now pay for! As for Nathi he could care less because he now has his money and he got paid for damaging other people's property plus he lies about having insurance when he has NONE!! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE ASKING FOR TROUBLE!

Lovely removal company. Nathi was very friendly and clear about what was going to happen on the day. Guys showed up early, removed my 2 bed flat furniture in such a timely manner. Went above and beyond for me as well. I give a 5/5 for professionalism and swiftness! Will definitely be using him in future and recommend him to anyone who asks.

This is the worst experience i ever had with a removal company . After submitting a inventory listing everything that had to be moved including 2 x videos I was adviced that it would take a bigger truck than quoted for. The price then changed by R3500 . The day of the move they arrived about 4 Hrs late . Could not fit the full load in as the truck was too small. Left stuff behind without notifying me . After phoning the owner he conceded that he made a miscalculation . bBearing in mind this move was from Gauteng to Natal ? How do you make such a mistake. The furniture arrived late again and i was shocked to see the damage caused by sheer negligence . After paying another R 3500 the left behind items was delivered to me . Plants total destroyed pots broken and lo and behold not all items delivered . My total loss to this company is in excess of R 7000 and all i get is send me a photo and i will look into it . Not to mention on the second load he would not unload unless i pay in cash with no receipt given . (Tax evasion ) So i hope who ever reads this will think twice before using this company . I was willing to give a black owned company a chance to prove what they can do . THANKS FOR NOTHING
