HUMULANI TOURS & SAFARIS, Hazyview

SMELLS LIKE A BIG OL' SCAM I spent $258 for two tickets to visit Blyde Canyon. Humulani Tours and Safaris never picked us up, will not answer my calls or emails and has not returned my money. Numerous of their past clients submitted negative reviews regarding cancellations made by Humulani Tours and Safaris. Evidence makes me question if Humulani commonly skip out on their customers. It took two days for Humulani to confirm the pick up time for our trip which was in 4 days. That was the first time and last time we actually heard from Humulani tours until 2 days after the excursion, when Calvin Mhlongo, the owner text us back unknowingly by returning a call from a number he didn't recognize. 6 emails were sent to confirm our pick up hotel and numerous phone calls were made, both went unanswered. In the end we missed our tour. We only had two days to tour so this was half of our vacation that they screwed up. I'm from America, I can't just come back and try again. Update: Calvin finally wrote back and straight up LIED! He said he both refunded my money and emailed me proof of the refund! Complete LIE! NOW HE IS IGNORING ME AGAIN. Now he is telling me I never sent "him" money and he actually called me paranoid lol.
