Hummingbird is able to offer the following services:

1. Research and Development: Using our expertise and unique creative thinking ability, we are able to offer research and development services to a range of sectors including schools, educational institutions, government and business. Our research and development services include:
   Assistance with accreditation and quality assurance in all education sectors
   Learning material and course work development, editing, revamping and graphic design, Strategic planning, development and implementation of educational interventions for schools, government and business sectors to ensure financial sustainability and effectiveness.

2. Courses: Hummingbird has developed a number of courses, which are aimed to bridge some of the gaps faced within the education sector. These courses are aligned to SAQA qualifications and unit standards and are in the process of being accredited with the various quality assuring bodies.

Currently, our courses are developed on the basis of three topics which include:
Career pathways development: providing effective career counselling, guidance and support, Applied practical counselling skills: for the provision of psychosocial support in the school, environment, Overcoming barriers to learning: focused on inclusive education to deal with emotional, cognitive, physical and social barriers to learning, 3) Psychological Assessments, Career, vocational or aptitude, assessments, Full educational assessments, School readiness assessments, IEB assessments, Psychological fitness, Psychomotor, Employability.
